Red Roses Teal Grow Old Postcard 8in Decoupage Topper

I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.

I have added a gorgeous sentiment for a friend that would be suitable for Weddings, Engagements, Love cards, Valentines etc.
