Poppies and Dragonflies Decoupage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheets off on 200gsm CUP photo paper. I used a CUP backing paper. I matted the base image onto matt gold card, added a red feather and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 card blank.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used Star Dust Stickles on the flowers, Fruit Punch Stickles on the flowers, Patina Stickles on the Dragonflies & foliage, Anita's glitter glue in blue on the wings.
