I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on do card stock. I then stuck the top piece on to the card with sticky tabs.
