Pink Rose Arch 21st Birthday 8in Scallop Topper
I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.
I have left enough space above the message for you to add your own bow. Matching Rose Arch Plain Inserts start at cup419298_10 and Matching Teal Rose Arch Birthday Age Inserts start at cup420510_10

Ultra easy to make, I printed this sheet off onto thin cream card for more muted shades. I then stuck it to a cream card blank added the decoupage which is only the one layer so I used foam pads.
To make this look a bit more special I stuck tiny pink gems in the centres of all the flowers.
The final touch was a pink bow stuck in the centre bottom of the card. This is a really pretty card and could easily be printed out on white for a completely different look.
