I have designed these 8in quick and easy decoupage toppers to work with the 8in decoupage frames, or on their own.
Simply cut out the picture and attach to your card then add the decoupage pieces, either using silicone glue or 3D foam to create a raised effect.

This is a lovely card and easy to assemble. I printed 2 copies of the topper at half size and cut around the scallops on one. I then mounted this on to the full topper with foam pads.
I then used 2 layers of the decoupage flowers to give a deep 3D effect. I mounted this onto a cream scallop edged card blank and added some gold glitter in the centre of the flowers, I added a few clear gems to the pearl necklace and finished with a gold Happy Birthday peel off.
I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the main image on to an 8x8 card using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel. Used liquid pearls for decoration and finished by adding a self adhesive butterfly in the corner.
