Pink Blues Teal Friends Are Family 8in Decoupage Topper

I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.

I have added a gorgeous sentiment that would be suitable for so many different people for their birthday or a friendship card etc.
