I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a square dull green card base and used peel-off stickers for a border. Finally I added faux pearl drops around the scalloped edges and on the roses.
This is a lovely card to make up, which could be used for a variety of occasions.
