Printed onto Photo paper. I cut out all the elements. I attached the main element onto a white scalloped card. Using foam pads, I layered the decoupage elements. I stuck the Happy Birthday element to the top of the card.

I used gold Stickles on the corner pieces and the inside dots. A beautiful card for any occasion.
