Pansies for Juliet 8x8 TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to large square scalloped white card with DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted centre of roses with yellow pearlidoodles and finished with silver card candy to corners.
A beautiful design.
