I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.

nice retirement card for someone here printed this onto satin paper then cut it out used a buff coloured card then using mounts stuck on the base then the side topper went round the outside with little gems then added some sparkle to the flowers.
