I printed out two copies of this file and stuck pink checked gingham backing paper on to card stock and stuck the base card on to this.
I assembled the decoupage and from the second copy I cut the rose buds and the heart out and stuck these on to the card with sticky tabs, I also stuck the corner pieces on with sticky tabs.
I added "Birthday Wishes" message to the bottom right corner.
