Lilac Sweetpea Special Day 8in Scallop Topper

I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own. Sweetpea Birthday Wishes Matching Insert Panels start at cup418680_10
