Lilac Magnolia Year of Experience 8in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the images onto good quality photo paper. I used an 8x8 card blank and DST to mount the paper to the card.

I matted the base image onto silver holo card, added 2 lilac feathers and used foam tape to mount it to the card base.

I used a square doily cut in half to go under the image. I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used Glam Pink, Eucalyptus, Diamond, Star Dust & Crystal Stickles to add some bling.
