The size of the Topper is 7.653" x 7.653" (19.44cm x 19.44cm).
Especially For You, Happy Birthday oval shaped greeting tags are included on the sheet, the third tag is left blank where you can write your own greeting.

I printed out on matte photo paper twice. From the second sheet I cut out the rose and a leaf for decoupage. Th topper I matted onto gold card then added to my card using d s tape for both.
I used silicone glue for teh decoupage and then added a little glitter glue and a black border to finish.
