I printed on matte card twice, from the second print I cut around the circle and flower, I wet glued the first picture to a matching border cut base card and added the decoupage with foam squares.

I used gold glitter on the erflies, mint glitter on the quilting, sentiment and on the circle, used Glossy Accents on the eyes and the babies breath flowers. then finished with the gems.
