Dusky Teal Birdcage Magical Day 8in Scallop TopperCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to paper at half A4. Mounted the topper on to a copper card and layered. Added sequin flowers and a green bow to embellish, and finished with decorative corners. A gorgeous design with a definite retro feel.
