Cream Roses If Friends Were 8in Scallop Decoupage TopperCompleted by Denise Murray / Paperboo Creations

I printed onto good quality smooth card and matted the topper onto some cream paper before attaching to an 8x8 card blank.I used glue gel to add the decoupage elements and finished with some gold corner peel-offs and a cream organza bow.Another gorgeous design from Anne Marie...absolutely stunning!
