I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Trimmed the image a little and mounted it on dark green metallic card, and then stuck this image to a 6 x 6 square white card, using foam pads.

Used narrow green peel-off around the Get Well Soon image and added this to the centre using foam pads. Placed a flower to each corner and to finish off added a gem dot to the centre of the flowers.
