Cerise Magnolia Anniversary 8in Vintage Decoupage TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the centre of the flowers to enhance this gorgeous design. This design is also gorgeous in the 8x8 size but I chose to make it smaller on this occasion.
