Borange Pansy 35 Today 8in Scallop Decoupage Topper

I have designed this sheet as a 8in decoupage step by step in full colour. Simply cut out the main image and then using 3D foam or silicone glue build up the image using the extra flowers.

Add a ribbon bow and finished, however you could add crackle glaze, glossy accents or glitter glue to enhance the topper, just have fun with it.
