Blue Oriental Lotus Happy Anniversary 8in Scallop TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I covered a card blank with cream pearl embossed card and added a yellow feather. I cut out the base layer and mounted it onto gold mirror card and rounded the corners, I then mounted it onto the card base with foam tape.

I matted the greeting with gold mirror card and also mounted it with foam tape. I used Dovecraft glitter glue to put a bit of sparkle on the flower tips and added one of my own hand-crafted decorative pins with a little charm on it.
