I printed the sheet on to photo paper and cut it out, I matted the topper to some gold embossed card then stuck it to my card with tape.
I used foam pads to add the decoupage layers and decorated it with go;d border peeloffs.
I will finish it off with loads of glitter. I love these designs and they are really pretty when finished.
