Blue Lace Floral TopperCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of 130g decoupage paper,then mounted the main image to an 8x8 scalloped card,i went over the text with platinum glitter,to give a little sparkle,and have put yellow gems in the centre of the two large flowers,and Perl's on the butterfly,added pretty gold/blue swirls,with the small image i have made a gilt card to stick to a parcel using d/s tape.
