I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to decoupage and double sided tape to adhere the card front to first a white and then a background (cup460658_117) matte and then to a blank, white, card.

A small blue ribbon bow adorns the top left corner. A beautiful, feminine design that can be used for a variety of occasions.
