I printed onto photo paper then cut out,I added a lilac matt to a blank card then added the base design then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,I tied thin blue ribbon around the spine and tied in a bow and finished by adding a little glitter to the holly hocks,makes a stunning card,sure to stand out from the crowd.
