Print sheet out on good quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. Use foam pads to adhere the decoupage pieces and use double sided tape to attach this card topper to a cardbase that is slightly larger and matching the hat.

Add a few rhinestones and to the flower, butterfly and bow and you have a striking card completed and ready to send to a lucky lady.
