8 x 8 Inch Lily Cousin Heart Birthday Card TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed 2 of the sheets off onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I cut away the centre panel & added a vintage photo then I matted the base layer onto silver holo card, added 2 purple feathers & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I cut the flowers from the 2nd sheet & decoupaged them using 3D glue gel, I used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles & Ice-stickles grape to add lot's of sparkle.
