I printed the sheet onto high quality card paper. I cut out all elements. Using double side adhesive tape and thick card stock I attached the decoupage to the card. I added matching color adhesive lace around the mat and then glued it onto the base card.

Then I stamped the greeting and added few pearls over flowers.
