I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I printed on to Crafty Bob's gloss paper at just less than half size. Mounted the topper on to silver holographic card, then on to a black pearl card. Layered. Added gems to the border to embellish.
This is a gorgeous design, will suit all ages and occasions, and would be lovely framed to hang on the wall.
