I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the sentiment panel. I attached it to a white square card base and used gold peel-offs to form a border around the image.

To finish I added gold peel-off stars and some faux gems here and there.

This is a lovely, serene design that makes a beautiful card in no time at all.
