Merry Christmas Topper with Rich Border 9Completed by Marion Evans

Oh my, this is a beauty of a Christmas Card, Anna. I printed it out 3X, raised the circle (white edge), and then raised the holly leaves. I added deep red pearls for the berries and glittered inside the circle but very lightly.

I also added a thin line of gold peel-off on the outside of the frame (inside thin maroon edge). I then cut out a green scalloped edge card and used it for my base. Love the richness of this card - gorgeous colours.
