Izzys Starry Night 8x8 Topper SheetCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a 13.5cms white card. Added gingham corners, a greeting, sequin stars and glitter. A gorgeous image...... beautifully coloured..... lots of possibilities to play with all the toppers on this sheet.
