I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape.

I added glitter to the sprinkles on the cupcake and to the pips on the strawberries to enhance the lovely design.
