Card Front Cute Wrinkled DoggieCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed off this cute design onto some good quality matte photo paper and cut out all of the pieces. I added some red die cut snowflakes around all of the edges of the main bit of the design then matte and layered it onto a square white scalloped card blank.

I decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue. I added a red bow for decoration.
