I printed the design onto crafty Bob matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I matted and layered the base image onto silver mirri-board and mounted onto a royal blue pearlised blank card.I then added the decoupage flowers using foam pads,to finish the card I added some glitter,a stunning design.
