I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper with tape to a white card and used silicone glue to add the scalloped corners. I added the greeting and red border peeloffs to finish it off.

I will glitter it before I send it out. This sheet makes a lovely card for young children
