I printed the sheet on to decoupage paer and cut it out. I stuck the topper to a white card with tape and added the scalloped corners with silcone glue. I decorated the edges with red border peeloffs and finally aded the greeting.
I will glitter it before sending it out. This sheet makes a lovely card and children will love it.
