I printed the sheet on to decoupage paper and cut it out. I matted the topper to some silver mirri card then to my card with silicone glue.

I used border peeloffs to decorate the edges of it and added the greeting, name and a blue ribbon and lace bow to finish it off.

I will cover it with glitter before sending it out. This sheet makes a gorgeous baby card anyone would love to receive.
