Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a White 8 inch card. I then used Foam Pads to attach the Decoupage. Little Gems of of different colors were used on the Buttons and Flowers.

This is a fantastic design, especially with the Chart where all the details of the baby, can be written. A great Keepsake.
