I printed on matte card twice, printing a matching base card and sentiment panel as well.

I border cut the sentiment panel, wet glued the picture to the base card, cut out the bottom flowers from the second print and used this as the first layer of decoupage using foam squares to add.

I used gold glitter on the edge of the sentiments, highlighted the flowers with pearl crystal drops and finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
