I printed the design onto white card and added to an 8" scalloped edged card. I added crystals to the 4 corners and the Happy Birthday banner, plus 1 for the eye.
I also added an elephant charm on a ribbon, which was made to look as though it was round the elephant's neck.
A very easy card to make.
