Copied to glossy photo paper and hand cut. Matted a green backing paper to natural card stock and then the base picture of this gorgeous design. Built up the decoupage with double sided foam pads.

I then put green sticky pearls around the centre and a larger one on the rosette, finishing off with four intricate corners to match the design colours.

Such a beautiful design that will cheer anyone on that special occasion.
