I printed out the sheet on 200gm glossy paper twice and cut out the base design, I used double sided tape to stick this to an 8 x 8 greeting card blank, I then cut an extra decoupage layer of the dog and frame plus edges of the decoupage from the second sheet, using 2mm sticky foam pads I added this to the card matching the picture up whilst going along, I cut out two lots of decoupage and using 2mm sticky foam pads I added it to the card giving extra depth to the picture on this stunning easy to make card.
