Altered Art Bear Card Topper
Interesting approximately 8x8 inch altered art silhouette bear card topper with ephemera tags and a floral embellishment.

Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out. Using Bronze Mix Gilding Flakes I went round the border and waited till it was dry before burnishing it lightly. Shaped the flower and added a small button. Added two slightly larger matching buttons in the top corners. Cut down the Happy Birthday tag and placed each side of ribbon.. Used the best wishes tag inside the card.
I love bears so this was a natural card fro me to make up, and I know there is a lot of people out there that feel the same way. This design is sure to be a "growling" success.
This is a very quick and easy male card. I printed the design twice on matte photo paper, cutting the bear from the 2nd copy. I used a matching washi tape along the bottom, with a piece of twine under the flat stuck flower.
I raised the bear on foam squares before finishing with yellow brads in the corners. I then flat stuck the design to my base card
