I printed the cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of pink textured card then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads and embellished with gems.

Printed onto glossy photo card. Covered the front of an 8 x 8 white card blank with a pink floral foiled backing sheet then mounted the topper using DST.
Assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with pale pink gems.
