I printed this cute sheet out on MattE photo paper, cut out all the pieces and inked all the edges.

I used double stick tape to attach the topper to my card base. I used foam tape to add the decoupage pieces.

I added Jim bling stones to give it a little texture this was a very quick make that looks very nice, it sure to be a hit for Halloween.
