VOODOO PART 2Completed by Joyce Perkins

I printed this out on matte photo paper. Cut out all the pieces and use black ink to go around the edges of all the pieces. Took dressmakers glass head pins and use the sharpie to color them black and cut off the point.

I layered the pins between two pieces of foam tape and then attach them to the topper and then put the decoupage on top.

I used a little black heart gem for his nose. And I put black bling dots in the center of the flowers. I added a little saying to the bottom and mounted this with double stick tape to a black printed card base.

This card design is absolutely adorable.
