Spring Country Scenic Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added some small snips into the feathers of the swans to give a more realistic appearance. I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to give more definition.
