Silver Pansy Just a Note Fancy 7in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Anne Sutherland

I printed the image onto good quality white card and cut out the pieces. I fixed the main image onto a plain 8 x 8-inch white card with double sided sticky tape.

I then decoupaged the bow and flowers then used glossy accents on the heart to give it a shine.
