I printed this sheet onto a good quality matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto black card, and then I mounted the topper onto an 8x8 inch card blank and built up the decoupage using foam pads.
To decorate the card I used glitter ? peel offs and gems. This was a very quick and easy card to make. Beautiful design.
